Champagne De Saint Gall is located in the small commune of Avize, in the green heart of the Champagne region. It is a member of Union Champagne, a "cooperative of cooperatives" founded żeby Grand and Premier Cru grape growers in 1966. For the last 50 years, the Union has played a vital part in flying the Champagne flag, both in terms of quality and the region's worldwide reputation. This Champagne begins with a rich, vinous taste of strawberry, lemon zest, brioche, dry apricot, and gunsmoke. It treads the line between density and mineral freshness perfectly, offering a wonderfully balanced and structured expression of the land. The fruits were sourced from Union Champagne’s Grand Cru vineyards, scattered around the sub-regions of Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims.
